Our cuisine – under the management of the patron, Sepp, and his assistant, Josef Knoll – is both classic and regional with its own clever innovations. At the heart of our innovative menu are the traditional Austrian classics - especially the Waldviertel cuisine. Culinary souvenirs to take with you include our own speciality nut schnapps, apricot jam or foie gras parfait.
We are particularly delighted to be able to display our two Guide à la Carte stars and our Gault-Millau toque. This recommendation also applies, of course to the delights of our restaurant, where Grete Knoll and her daughter-in-law Jutta bring their experience to bear in offering such excellent service.

Our Loibnerhof restaurant has held the AMA gastronomic seal of approval since 2000. We monitor the sources of the produce we use and can therefore guarantee that our food is freshly prepared using regional ingredients.
Knoll & Knoll
On 24th March 2017 our own Emmerich Knoll Senior led a wine tasting on the theme of Great Wachau Vintages "1995 - 2005 - 2015". Afterwards, Josef Knoll thoroughly spoiled our guests with a 5-course menu with wines from the Knoll wine estate.
In February and March 2017 we offer our traditional Herring buffet again on Mardi Gras Season (27.02.2017-01.03.2017). Our large buffet of sweet and salt water fish in all variations, a selection of warm appetizers and selected meat dishes, as well as the popular Loibnerhof dessert, will spoil you according to your wishes.
