The Restaurant Loibnerhof-Knoll
The restaurant “Loibnerhof” offers its visitors two different areas to feel good and cared for: Inside you may choose a seat under 400years old arches between benignly decorated Biedermeier interior and during the summer the whole crew moves to the other side of the street into the beautiful garden.

Father Sepp and his son Josef Knoll pull the strings in the kitchen. The cuisine presents itself with typical local dishes which don't lack an inventive touch. The focus of an imaginative menue is baased on the highlights of traditional Austrian cooking, especially from the Waldviertel. Culinary souvenirs for those who stayed at home are housemade specialties like schnaps made of nuts, elderflower syrup or parfait made of gooseliver.

Last but not least thanks to the loving commitment of Greta Knoll and her daughter-in-law Jutta who manage the experienced service crew with much warmth and sincerity the restaurant has been decorated with 3 Guide à la Carte stars and one “Gault-Millau Haube”.
Excellent white wines from the estate which is mangaged by the family itself form an ideal completion to the culinary pleasures of the restaurant: Cousin Emmerich Knoll earned his ranking among Austria's most awarded wine-growers.
