“Enchanting, good-home cooking.” that's how restaurant testers described the culinary creations which are sensibly and lightly designed in Family Knoll's kitchen. Sheer poetry are the famous “Butterschnitzel”, ravioli with greaves, catfish with herbs or Wachauer fishsoup, duck with Waldviertler dumplings and red cabbage with apples and the already famous home-made gooseliver parfait.
Pronounced local desserts like the incredibly light cream slice or the sweet and spicy compote of elderberries shape the finish for an excellent meal.
