This is how restaurant critics describe the culinary creations conceived in our kitchen with much love and finesse. The butter-schnitzel, veal heart (Kalbsbeuschel) and ravioli with lardons (Grammelravioli) are pure poetry. Your taste buds will be captivated by our fish dishes, such as catfish with herbs or Wachau fish soup. Tripe in white wine sauce or free-range duck with Waldviertel dumplings and apple with red cabbage are three of our classic dishes. Our own foie gras parfait is already legendary. The perfect finish to your meal is provided by our regional desserts; the seductive cloud-light crème slice, for instance, or sweet and spicy elder and apple dessert (Hollerkoch).
